Sales and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Umang Ayurveda. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive experience for our customers and distributors. This policy outlines the terms for sales, shipping, and returns.

1. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders promptly to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. While we work with reliable shipping partners, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Umang Ayurveda is not liable for late deliveries, but we will assist you in tracking your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Return and Refund Policy

We have different return policies for our Retail Customers and our Independent Distributors to ensure fairness for all.

A. For Retail Customers

If you purchased a product for personal use and are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, even if the product has been opened. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase.

B. For Independent Distributors

Distributors may return unused and resalable products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. "Resalable" means the products are unopened, undamaged, and have not expired.

C. Distributor Buy-Back Policy

In accordance with direct selling regulations, if a distributor chooses to terminate their agreement with Umang Ayurveda, the company will buy back any currently marketable inventory purchased within the last 12 months. The buy-back price will be no less than 90% of the original net cost, less any commissions or bonuses paid on the returned products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@umangayurveda.com or call us at 7780223851 to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
